RUMTV Studio Guest Policies

Welcome to RUMTV Studios.

 Please review and follow the policies below to ensure a smooth experience:

• Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their session without refund.
• Children: No children allowed unless they are the featured guest (being interviewed)
• Refunds: No refunds or exchanges.
• Rescheduling: Must be done within 2 weeks of the original booking—no exceptions.
• Conduct: No drama or disruptive behavior. We are located next to the police department.  Any aggressive or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.  We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for drama, disrespect, or disruptive behavior.
• Presentation: Dress and speak with class and respect. Appear and carry yourself how you want to be approached. 
• Safety: All guests must be vetted and present valid ID at check-in (Day of scheduled interview).
• Additional Guests: If you are considering bringing outside guests, please keep in mind there is a two-party maximum, and they are required to show proof of identification. 
• Basic Release Waiver is expected to be signed before the beginning of each show. This form protects our guests and company.
